Here's some tips if you've been having trouble finding a job recently.

Many jobs aren't even advertised on internet job boards and things like that because bosses are busy! Places that make a lot of money are busy! Restaurants, warehouses, grocery stores and shops that have lots of customers often don't have time to advertise a job because the boss is too busy. What also happens is employees tell friends and other family members to get jobs that come open so the boss doesn't always have to advertise that job on a website. You want to make sure that you are going in and applying at the places/businesses that are busy and popular around town.

Another good place to find work is at businesses that are just opening. Wal-Mart in Stockton opened a new location in Spanos Park and hired many people because of this. Other surrounding new businesses will start hiring as well. You'll find restaurants, pizza places, clothing stores in the mall and other shops around town will almost always be hiring when they first open.

You should also let people know that you need a job, tell your friends and family that you need a job because maybe somebody owns a business or one of their friends owns a business. You can often find people that have businesses that are hiring that when you ask around. Post on Facebook or twitter that you need a job! Tell everybody that you know that you need a job and you never know what your friends might do to help you out or what other family members are out there that will help you.

Also our last tip is applying where you want to work instead of applying at the places that are hiring. I would apply at the restaurants you like to eat, movie theater, mall and the places that you like to go.
